Castor is a spacious restaurant with exceptional service and delicious food. Dishes like risotto, filet, shrimp and grits, pork chops, and sliders were all fantastic. The fried shrimp and cheesecake with plum sauce were highlights. Some found the gumbo a bit too spicy. Guests enjoyed the "recess" smaller plates option. The Tartare is a favorite, and the staff, like John at the bar, are wonderful. A consistently delicious and well-priced dining experience.
