Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar in Corvallis offers amazing food, particularly the sushi. Despite slow and sometimes forgetful service, the atmosphere is cozy. Customers enjoyed the bento box with delicious steak, Chicken Udon, and rolls like SeaWorld and Fired Dragon. The beef fried rice was also a hit. The exterior of the building may need some attention, but the generous portions and quality of the food make up for it. While there were some issues with service being slow and tables waiting a long time, the attentive waitress did her best. The highlight was definitely the tasty sushi, especially the crab Rangoons. Overall, a great spot for delicious Japanese cuisine despite some service hiccups.
