Parking: Theres plenty of parking but it proves almost risky getting in and out of the place. The intersections of both hwyways along with one other heavily trafficked road intertwine at this location. If Arbys wasnt such good food and such reasonable prices I dont think it would still be open at this location, BUT IT IS.

Arbys always manages to short me on my order in the drive thru. Check your bag completely, before driving away from the windows. Last time I ordered a French Dip, got the dip but no sandwich.

Lack of service staff. Very slow getting order. Absolutely do not like the new sauce policies with the packets. That was always an Arby's staple.
Thought this place was getting better after they remodeled. Got absolutely nothing I actually ordered. They filled my curly fries with regular fries and just threw a few curly on the top to make it look right. I’ve been there once a week since they opened back up n never had issues. The fact I didn’t get one single thing I ordered right means once again I’m done going back.

We rarely eat at Arby's because we are vegetarians and there is not a lot on the menu for us to choose from. We did get the mozzarella cheese sticks and the jalapeno poppers, which were very good (although the cheese sticks were a bit chewy). The food seems to be a bit over-priced at nearly $1.00 per cheese stick and almost as much for the jalapeno poppers. The staff were great and helpful in finding us something we could eat. I probably would not eat here again but mostly because there is not a large vegetarian selection.
Vegetarian options: Not a lot of food choices for a vegetarian.

Came through the drive thru at 6:55pm on September 25th with my boyfriend. The young lady who took our order was super sweet and when we got to the window to pay, she let us know the card system was down and she gave us the food on the house.
I didn’t catch her name but I hope she’s promoted or something man she was super sweet and made our night.
