I got a chicken banh mi. It tasted fine, but it was very small (priced appropriately though). The flavors weren't balanced throughout, so sometimes I took a bite and got a mouthful of salt. The chicken also wasn't very good quality.
I am genuinely addicted to their pork banh mi sandwiches, I like mine with extra jalapeño! I gave 5 stars to atmosphere because even though the area to eat is just a couple of outdoor picnic benches, it has a very welcoming vibe; the owners are so kind and friendly that even on a cold rainy day I like eating there! Love this place. Be warned, the viet coffee is strong! The salad rolls are bomb. The dine-in experience isn’t the most ideal. If you want to dine-in, I’d recommend the warmer days so you can sit on the picnic tables.
