4 stars for two of the mangers that pull a lot of wait, 3 stars for the service provided by some of the staff, 2 stars was due to some of the employees have forgotten our order and didn’t put what was paid for in it. 1 for the one female employee who was upset and decided to take it out on me. She was still working there and didn’t get into trouble when she messed up the order on purpose
I FORGOT MY SWEET AND SOUR!!! I watched the cool manager, who works a lot of mornings but never looks like he wants to be there, get our food and didn't think twice when grabbing the bag. Oh well, such is life.
This location does not use it's heater in the dining room. It's as cold as the outside so be prepared to eat in your car or get a to-go order - I deducted one star for that.
