I've been a burgerville fan for 40. Haven't been to one for 8 or 9 years. I got half pound colossal cheeseburger. It was awful,same poor quality as the other fast food places. And it was almost $11.

The cashier we had Raul was phenomenal, awesome personality. When he wasn’t helping customers he was cleaning and checking in on everything. I’ve had bad service from here before but not with Raul at the counter or helping out!!
