I ate a Northwest Cheeseburger and Rosemary Shoestring fries at the Corvallis Burgerville on 2025/11/28. The food was excellent as always, and Craig and Rose provided us with great, friendly service.

Last 4 times they have gotten the orders very wrong. Not like missed an ingredient or 2, but wrong wrong (not at all what i ordered, and turning burgers into wraps?!). The last issue was being over charged for lettuce that already comes on the burger (i did not order extra). I even let the person know over the intercom- all that person said was sorry. But still charged the over priced amount that was incorrect. The manager was helpful in trying to correct the issue - but consecutive...

from Phoenix visiting …I ordered a vampire slay something and regular cheese burger sweet potatoe fries , they were disgusting nothing like the picture The burgers we order were greasy and very expensive 30 dls for two burgers a diabetes lemonade and not only that ; we had to turn around and comeback for the cheeseburger they forgot to put in the bag did not even apologize
