Campbell's Laundry & Coffee Bar

Well things have been decent going to this laundromat. Unfortunately, when machines have problems like continuing endlessly on the wash cycle, there’s no one to help during the evening hours. My laundry has been spinning for 45 minutes with a 27 min timer that hasn’t changed. Tried to call the business, and I was not even able to leave a voice message! There were no posted indications that this machine was malfunctioning and now I will have to waste my time coming back in the morning.

There is not even an emergency number for when things inevitably go wrong in a room full of high powered machines.

Furthermore, why are there no emergency stop buttons on the washers?? This is on all the machines and there’s no way to stop a wash cycle once it’s started.

Disappointed and annoyed.

This is where I always come to do my laundry when I need a laundry mat. I hadn't been in, in a while and went off the hours online. It was frustrating when I came in expecting it to close at 11 and it closed at 10. There were 3 people who came AFTER me and were just as frustrated. I've suggested that the hours change online and submitted a photo of the hours. It's been a week or two, and it still hasn't changed. If this inconvenienced four people the night I went, I'm sure that's happened everyday since then?

Very friendly staff working during the week. Quick to provide assistance when I had a questions. Good service and a clean environment make a huge difference. Thank you for phenomenal service.

I really think that the bathroom code needs to be more visible when no attendant is in the building

Finally! No more top loaders!

This has always been my go to Laundromat. Not anymore. It was filthy. Most of the machines didn't work, and something was wrong with their card processing system on the machines, making the whole experience much more stressful.It's sad to see this laundromat go downhill! The prices are the only thing not declining.I have always found this laundromat to be head and shoulders above the rest.... Now it's down in the gutter.

Very clean and staffed all day. Will definitely continue to use this facility as needed.

Nice place to wash clothes and have a great cup of coffee and they have a drive thru for those that don't need to wash anything

Very clean location.prices are very affordable, and major plus there are restrooms for customers doing their laundry. Only negative review from me is your forced to purchase a laundry card. It was well worth the drive from Albany to know the establishment is clean and maintained

Good experience. Quick drying. Big loads possible

They have what look to be good quality washers and dryers but unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to use them. Didn't see any signs for instructions and no one there to ask. No coins. Card only but no instructions on how to get one. I inserted my debit card to try and buy one of their laundry cards and it didn't do anything.
