Plenty of clean machines

Nice clean place that allows you to do laundry. There seems to be an emergency while I'm here hopefully all is well for another person visiting the area.

I love this laundry mat! It's always clean, Easy to pay, And has a little snack machine.
If I could change one thing it would be to make it so customers could turn the TV off and on, As it's quite loud for those of us who want to read with our ears uncovered to be alert to our surroundings.

Pretty nice place to do your laundry. The machines all seem to work really well. I've never been in at a time. The coffee bar has been open, mostly due to coming here in the late evening. I would give this place a 5 star, but there's no way to get the code for the bathroom here.

Zero if I Tammy, the manager, was flippant, rude, and insulting. I brought in a lightly used wedding dress for a touch up cleaning before my wedding this Friday. The gown came back frayed, burned stained, and irreparably damaged. When I asked how this happened, she interrupted me and said we would never hand wash a gown, we throw it in a machine. I was told they would follow manufacturer directions which are to hand wash and she rolled her eyes and said “give me a break, you’re out of your mind.” I said I felt deceived by her promising a service she wasn’t keen on fulfilling. She said my dress was dirty and thrifted as worthless and barely gave in to a refund for the cleaning. No chance she was going to comp a $2000 gown either. The last photos are before and the first are the damage. Absolutely heartbroken and desperate for Friday!

Love this lavandería! Clean, assorted sized machines, and quick. They have a little café inside, too....and plenty of seating.

Well things have been decent going to this laundromat. Unfortunately, when machines have problems like continuing endlessly on the wash cycle, there’s no one to help during the evening hours. My laundry has been spinning for 45 minutes with a 27 min timer that hasn’t changed. Tried to call the business, and I was not even able to leave a voice message! There were no posted indications that this machine was malfunctioning and now I will have to waste my time coming back in the morning.

There is not even an emergency number for when things inevitably go wrong in a room full of high powered machines.

Furthermore, why are there no emergency stop buttons on the washers?? This is on all the machines and there’s no way to stop a wash cycle once it’s started.

Disappointed and annoyed.

This is where I always come to do my laundry when I need a laundry mat. I hadn't been in, in a while and went off the hours online. It was frustrating when I came in expecting it to close at 11 and it closed at 10. There were 3 people who came AFTER me and were just as frustrated. I've suggested that the hours change online and submitted a photo of the hours. It's been a week or two, and it still hasn't changed. If this inconvenienced four people the night I went, I'm sure that's happened everyday since then?

Very friendly staff working during the week. Quick to provide assistance when I had a questions. Good service and a clean environment make a huge difference. Thank you for phenomenal service.

I really think that the bathroom code needs to be more visible when no attendant is in the building

Finally! No more top loaders!

This has always been my go to Laundromat. Not anymore. It was filthy. Most of the machines didn't work, and something was wrong with their card processing system on the machines, making the whole experience much more stressful.It's sad to see this laundromat go downhill! The prices are the only thing not declining.I have always found this laundromat to be head and shoulders above the rest.... Now it's down in the gutter.
