Luis the owner of Elmer's here in Corvallis is very generous and works with many non-profits in the area. His staff and service are very welcoming along with their food. We love holding our Chamber of commerce meetings there and eating a delicious breakfast.
I was served by Shawna. She was knowledgeable about the menu, but she wasn't the friendliest member of the staff... I don't know if she was having a rough morning, but she seemed fairly irritable.I ordered the Oregon Trail Steak and Eggs. I am diabetic, so I asked if I could get extra eggs instead of the hashbrowns. Compliments to the chef. Knew how to cook, especially eggs over medium (last several restaurants overcooked them) However apparently everything had been sitting awhile as was just barely warm when waitress served them. Otherwise great!!!!!
