I had a wonderful dining experience at Caves Corvallis! I started with the oysters, which were fresh and quite large, and followed with the mussels for my entrée … absolutely delicious! Our server, Macayla, was friendly, sweet, and incredibly helpful, making the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great seafood and excellent service in Corvallis!!
The food was absolutely delicious. Our server luke was outstanding and he recommended us amazing options. The New York was the most tender steak I’ve had and the potatoes were insane. The brownie he recommended was the best dessert I’ve had.
Very cute spot (aesthetically and ambiance/vibes). Greeted by kind hostess and opted for bar seating. Great wine selection. Had the skin contact wine and then went with a whiskey sour (one of the best I've had in a while even in larger city Portland!). The two bartenders were wonderful and friendly. The food looked and smelled amazing but we had dinner plans so we didn't only had drinks. I wish this place had been open while I was living in Corvallis for school. I would...
