China Blue is my go-to place for Chow Fun, Chinese rice noodles. Other places in town have not met my expectations and China Blue always delivers. And their lunch specials are AMAZING š š¤©
This food was pretty average. Not bad but certainly not great. I got the sweet and sour chicken & fried rice with a vegetable egg roll.
Rice: extremely over cooked and gummy, with bits of scrambled egg in it. It was not fried rice by any stretch of the imagination.
Chicken: it was decent. Tasted like it was made a few hours ago then reheated. Still good, and I admittedly ate most of it.

There was a time when this place provided unexceptional, if filling, American-style Chinese food. That time has long since passed. So, too, my interest in eating or ordering from here.
