Came in on 3-13-25 with my family at 4:45pm and they had zero waffle cones or bowls made and weren't planning on making any because she just decided she didn't want to make any. The is the main reason we come here because their waffle cones are so good. 2 more staff showed up by 5pm and they still didn't make any waffle cones or bowls and told customers after us that they decided not to make them. Very disappointing. Icecream was good but not without the cone.

Every employee I've ever been helped by have been some of the nicest most helpful people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Whoever hires knows how to hire awesome people. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, A++.

Love this place so much I wanted to take my dad to it for his birthday but they are closed because they registered are broken apparently people cannot add on a calculator or a piece of paper bummed out dad's birthday is a bust
