Service was unaccommodating and when we arrived they were between season menus which essentially rendered us option less. Hongos had a singular flavor of smokey chile and bouquerones were fishy rather than fresh and briney.

The food menu is creative and chic esp for Corvallis. Tip: if you want the full menu then show up early. They source locally and 3 out of the 4 dishes we wanted were sold out. We had the salmon salad and pork belly. The pork belly was amazing and can’t recommend it enough.
Only recommendation is increase selection of French wines avail. No gamay :(

We were supposed to attend a graduation, but the graduate didn't show up. So we decided to walk around and saw this cute place with classical Spanish music and mexican decoration. We loved the name and atmosphere from the outside. It is located on the 2nd street, near the river and the Saturdays farmers market. They told us they recently added a brunch menú. It was very well done, very flavorful and decorated nicely. I really want to go back. They are very professional on their craft. 10/10

I try and make reservations for places like this out of respect for the establishment, and I didn’t get the name of the lady who took it but she was so kind it made me immediately excited for this experience.
My friend and I arrive and we had the table reserved for us next to the window, and it was such a calming atmosphere. Even with the couple next to us, we were both quite comfortable!
I wanted to begin our evening with a couple flights and we decided on our servers choice of a white and a bubbly flight. I had ordered the tres leches and thought that it may have come after the flights arrived, I never intend on rushing the chef nor the server. Then the dinner arrived and I decided to dismiss it, only cared to mention it because it really did sound like it would be a nice combo for the wine. Anyway I digress!
Our server, Sarah was always such a treat and she 100% added to our great experience. Seeing the sunset over the buildings as I dug into my tostada was an amazing time. I tried my friends medialuna and couldn’t decide which was better! I haven’t been to a restaurant quite like this, it felt so special having the chef bring us our food and actually having a genuine one on one with the server. Hard to find a place where you feel welcome. We’re already planning our next visit, and this time I will make sure that I’m able to try that cheese dish!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Corazón. They've created a beautiful, welcoming environment with a thoughtful menu and wine selection. Perfect for any occasion.
Corazon is a Corvallis gem. In my opinion it is the best restaurant experience in town. Nick and Luke are building something unique whether it be the wine or the food it’s all exceptional. They are both masters of their respective arts.
Wine and different food can be intimidating, but Nick and Luke make you feel at home, no matter your wine or culinary background.

We’re lucky to have such a gem in Corvallis, the owner and staff take their wine seriously, and the food pairings are amazing! They even have my favorite bottle chilling in the fridge when they see my reservation! I bring all my friends and coworkers here. Highly recommended!
Such a lovely space, wonderful and attentive staff, and incredible wines. Everything is so thoughtfully curated and the vibe is very welcoming. Love Corazón!
