Crowbar is a popular restaurant in Corvallis known for its good cocktails, innovative infused liquors, and tasty American Dream pizza and cookies. The menu also features an eclectic beer selection and a variety of house cocktails. The cozy downstairs area and bright upstairs provide a comfortable atmosphere, while the attentive and entertaining staff add to the overall experience.
The restaurant is praised for its delicious cocktails, beer, cider, and wine, especially during happy hour when some cocktails are only $5. The pizza is also highly recommended. The small size of the restaurant is offset by the presence of a terrace, which is lovely in the first and summer seasons.
The bartenders, particularly Alex and Ken, are highlighted for their friendly and fun personalities, as well as their skill in crafting exceptional drinks. Customers have had such a positive experience that they have returned to the Crowbar multiple times.
