I went here with a group of friends after seeing the high reviews online. We as a group have been to many of the valley winery's and enjoy getting together to try wines. We all ordered flights and the wines were all ok, for a wine bar I was surprised at their quality as I have had better wines at even Pastini. One of the wines was quite awful and tasted like tires, this was recommended to us by the owner as one of his favorite white wines and 3 of the 6 of us end up with it in our tasting. This wine smelled and tasted like a les schwab, ( not the popcorn) not something that any other reisling or wine maker that we have ever talked with has said is a positive tasting note. I was unable to finish this wine and went to ask the person at the bar--who happened to be the owner--more about the wine. I was very rudly told that this was a great thing in reislings and then brushed off.A few minutes later he came by our table and asked how " Everyone else doing alright?" and instead of talking more about the wines just went back to the bar. (It was a very empty night, tuesday around 8:30.) I feel that it is unreasonable for an establishment that's own motif is to help people find wine they like and experience, to have this kind of attitude when it comes to selecting, recommending wine, and interfacing with curious customers.I would not recommend going here, go toCaves or Pastini. They will be cheaper, more knowledgeable, kind, and just have better wines.

Went in excited with high hopes, but ended up being treated disrespectfully by the owner. Not an experience I'd want anyone else to have.

World class wine bar in the heart of downtown Corvallis. Amazing wine selection in a very chill atmosphere. The by the glass list rotates regularly so there is always something new to try. The dinner menu is phenomenal, very unique and creative. Recently had the carnitas rojas, tostada tinga, and cinco asada and all three were ridiculously delicious; the prices/portions were perfect. The food was so good I was tempted to order a second round of all three but for once in my life I exhibited some self control so I guess I’ll have to go back again soon!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options!

Friends and I spent an afternoon at Carazón catching up and enjoying the wine, tapas, and dinner. Everything was stellar and I can't wait to return the next time I'm in town!

Edit: After the owner response, I'm switching my rating from 3/5 to 1/5. Saying it's "inappropriate to insinuate that our team would provide preferential treatment based on race" is a strange thing to respond. It's never appropriate to call out racist or inappropriate behavior? The waitress serving the other tables with white guests all night and completely ignoring us up to the bill is not racist? Even then the bill was brought much later when all the other guests had left.I have been to this place several times and we always really enjoy the service, the wine, and the atmosphere. Today the lady who sat us down was really short and completely ignored us the whole night even when we tried to order more wine. Maybe she was having a bad day or something, but she seemed to be very attentive to the table next to us without any issues. Maybe whiter groups get better service? Luckily there was another lovely waitress who noticed and let us order more wine and some food. The original waitress never checked in with us until we were ready to leave and brought us a bill, even though the second waitress had brought us our bill.

Narrow seating area with tables and bar. Tall ceilings and wall of wine bottles are attractive. Servers are young and enthusiastic. Excellent selection of wines. We visited for the tasting menu. Recommend PS free parking off street is next door.

Corazón is the type of place that makes you feel like you're somewhere else. The atmosphere is impeccable, the service is almost telepathic, and every single wine I tried was delicious.I'm so excited Corvallis has a place like this. It's definitely the type of place you bring friends from out of town to show how cool your town is. 10 out of 10.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to enter and the majority of tables in the front are accessible.

I am from Napa, California and a huge wine lover and I will say, this place has a great selection of wine. I love the vibe and the workers are great. I went to check out their new menu and decided to try the charcuterie board. I was very disappointed in the cheese selection, particularly the pulled apart string cheese I was served, as the board was around $20 so I was expecting something much nicer (picture below). Although the ambiance and wine is great, I think they need to work on the food.

What a gem! This super cute wine bar has a great selection of wines with a great tapas menu! The ambiance is perfect and it really feels like being in Europe. My husband and I both tasted 5 different wines and we enjoyed them all! Additionally, we absolutely LOVED their cheese board, fideos, and lomo. The staff was very friendly, and our waitress, Julia, was great! This is going to be one of our new go-to date spots!
