The best spot in corvallis!! I’ve never been disappointed by anything from the menu! Miguel himself is also one of the most wholesome people I’ve ever met and is so excited to be there!
I've done takeout at Miguel's about four times now and I'm never disappointed. He serves big portions of fresh ingredients - all very promptly. I recommend the spinach & mushroom chimichanga for the vegetarians out there!

Miguel's was a fantastic food truck, and now they're a fantastic hole-in-the-wall pick-up spot. It's not the easiest to find, but it was well-worth weaving through the hall to find them waiting with our food and a smile. The enchiladas are solid, the mole is solid, the prices are solid, and the portions are solid.
