If you enjoy going to a lounge where the bartenders allow the local barflies to bully paying customers for no reason, this is your place. Half the town's downtown businesses are already shut down...this one is probably next.

So we wanted to like this place. We try to patronize locally owned businesses but this was a sad experience. We ordered a make your own pizza that was supposed to be an bit of everything. What we got was a thick chewy crust with nearly nonexistent sauce, cheese and meats. On top, there was a heaping helping of raw chopped vegetables, No cheese, just uncooked veggies. Whoever decided this was how to make a pizza needs to widen their experience and try again.

Just stopped in for a late night cocktail: We had a delicious infused spirit concoction: I ordered them without simple syrup and they were perfectly sweet. Delicious!

Went to American Dream Pizza on a recommendation from a friend while we were in town and we weren't disappointed. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant has a down to earth vibe to it. They serve local beers, and also provide gluten and dairy free option on the menu. We ordered a medium gluten free pizza with basic pesto sauce, mozzarella and spinach. The crust was nice and crisp, and the medium was plenty for my daughter and I. If I was ever in the area again, I would definitely go back for another visit.

The pizza was very good, although they slice it weirdly, but that doesn't detract from the taste. And they delivered it on time and steaming hot.

Crowbar is a very interesting staple bar of Corvallis. It is connected to American Dream pizza and has two floors to enjoy your beverages on. The first floor bar is quite dark age looking, with low lighting and a Edgar Allen Poe feel. The rooftop is covered in some places, however quite open and an overall good place to grab a beer or cocktail in the summer. There is a punchcard for their cocktails, and when you try all their boozy specials you gain a Tshirt for your collection. They have great happy hours and late night happy hour which make for affordable drinking throughout the week. I've tried multiple cocktails, most made with house infused liquors, and they are a hit and a miss. I spoke with my friends about the after taste of their beverages, and we noticed an almost musty flavor as if the liquor was past its prime. The drinks lack a sort of freshness you can find at other bars. There are deals for pizza and beer, and if you're hungry you can get an entire pizza delivered over from American Dream on both the first and second floor. People also buzz about their cookies so be sure to try one out!

Well the pizza next door is great, but the real draw of this place is their amazing staff, especially Blake behind the bar. Always is able to ensure everyone is taken care of and pours the best drinks! Highly recommend

If you're looking for a neighborhood bar with friendly regulars in town, this is the place. Their cocktail menu has recently been refreshed, and the associated challenge is worth a try. The bartenders are super friendly and likely to become your new best friends. And the pizza isn't shabby either, though the crust at American Dream is unique. While more snacks would be nice, the service makes up for the lack of food beyond pizza.

I've lived in Corvallis for a long time, visited Crowbar frequently, then changed up the usual spot. Started coming back and only receive negative experiences. The bartenders on the weekends suck, they only serve the girls they are flirting with and ignore the other clientele/locals. I asked for a Smokin Crow and the bartender made me.... not that. So I tried going during the week, but they close earlier than online says and the good bartenders are gone now. Strongly disappointed in this bar and how run down it is.

Dark bar in back of a pizza shop. Daily specials. Unique, or nearly so, cocktails. Lately they changed their happy hour from 4:30 pm (when they open) to 7:00 pm. Well, they end it a half hour early now. I reckon I won't be going back. Oh well.

I don't know why this is separate from the crow bar but I wanted to show them some love after a truly memorable evening yesterday.
