Passing through Corvallis, this is my go-to for dinner. It's unique, delicious and convenient to downtown. The food is creative and filling. Plated beautifully. Fresh. Can't say enough good things.
We can't say enough great things about Del Alma. The ambiance felt like a cool & sleek NYC restaurant. With the 2-story windows along the green belt & waterfront, the view just added to it. The hostess staff set the tone from the minute we walked in. They were upbeat & genuinely friendly, we knew it was going to be a great evening. We sat on the top level, there are 4 floors & each level felt like a private & cozy space, even though it was an open layout....
