อาหารอร่อยค่ะ แต่บริการแย่ สั่งอาหาร 2 รอบ ห่างกันไม่ถึง 5นาที แต่รออาหารรอบ 2 เป็น50 นาที นับตั้งแต่ ถามน้องรอบแรกว่าสปาเก็ตตี้คาโบนาร่ามีออเดอร์ไหม ทำรึยังบอกกำลังทำ ย้ำแค่สปาเก็ตตี้อย่างเดียว นานไปนะคะ แล้วคำขอโทษควรใช้บ้างนะคะ ทำงานบริการ ควรไปรับปรุง ฝากถึงร้าน ถึงจะเป็น ลค.ขาจร ก็ควรมีใจบริการเราบ้าง สปาเก็ตตี้ที่ได้มาเค็มมาก

This was the first time in Bali, the resort was in a great location, very close to the Y Bar. The service and rooms are very comfortable, we had a room beside the pool , and we enjoyed the trio, looking to go back again in September.

Great location within easy walking distance to Garlic Lane, Bintang Supermarket, Legian and the beach. The roof top pool has a good ocean view and pool bar but is currently under deck renovations so very limited space open for sun baking and noisy construction work. Breakfast options offer a decent amount of food choices. Y Bar can be noisy at all hours of the day. Deluxe wing rooms are modern and renovated with balcony’s making for a pleasant stay.

Very run down nothing like the photos online - misleading advertising Rooms and furnishings towel sheets etc are very outdated towels were like rags rooms flooded and smelt of mould Roof top pool is closed rotten floors boards guest stepped through floorboards no effort made to fix it in the 10 days I was there . Pool area often had food scraps and beer bottles left over night room service trays left for days housekeeping was hit and miss With the Y bar pumping day and night income is there for repairs to be commenced ….. Manager at front desk couldn’t give 2 s**ts when approached to assist with concerns …. Cancelled 3 rooms booked for sept found accommodation in same location better condition and friendlier staff …. Do waste your $$$$

The bathroom was disgusting, mould, leaking shower head, dirty shower curtain. The towels, sheets and bed were nice and clean, the room is large and the aircon is good. The fridge leaked water all over the floor, plenty of storage space for clothes but only 3 coat hangers. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room rate is cheap but the cleanliness of the shower and bathroom floor are terrible. The roof top pool has an awesome view of the ocean and is in full sun but the wooden floor is broken and uneven, very easy to trip over and hurt yourself. Some parts are roped off as the floor boards are completely rotten. Lots of pool lounges.

So staff are great but covid has hit our room black mould throughout our bathroom the furniture is ready for the tip the roof top pool the decking is stuffed nearly unsafe to walk on or is unsafe we have stayed at this hotel before but it is real need of an upgrade if you book make sure you get one of the new rooms or cottages I have been back to Bali a few times since may 2022 look carefully at your hotel choice

Came to look at the rooms, and booked a room in deluxe wing. Rooms nice, huge bed (2 large singles put together) comfy and clean but bedding is no where near big enough.Sheet comes off in night. Bathroom nice and clean. Shame I did not look at the main pool and roof top pool bar areas, or I would not of booked. Lounger cushions ripped, dirty and mouldy. Roof top pool cloudy, not surprised really when it's open 8 til 8 and never seems to get cleaned on closing. Went up at 9am and found shorts, pants and beer bottles in the pool. Staff do not appear until around 10.30am. Decking is falling apart and need to keep thongs on when walking about on it. Umbrellas kept up with a screw. Such a shame, all this hotel needs is some care. Staff were lovely when around. Food very average. Avoid fish and chips. Awful. Fabulous location, few minutes from the beach, which again is dirty. Situated right in the town, peaceful on roof until around 4pm.

Stayed in the Cottages Oh dear they were disgusting, filthy, smelly yuk Just wished I had of known how bad they were The new hotel wing was probably better but they said they were booked out Pool downstairs was nice however very hard to get a pool chair with not many there There is another pool upstairs it seemed a bit run down and water was not clear Location was good but I wouldn’t ever stay again

Not near enough lounges around the ground pool. Breakfast looked terrible, 1 toaster with only 2/5 slots working, rooftop pool lovely, but, needs a step as huge drop, but lots of lounges. There are 2 cockerals and dogs that sqwark and bark all night. No sleep.
