The food is fine, but it is basic and a bit bland. I do love this place, though. I have issues with loud music, bright lights, antiseptic smells, etc., and nothing here overwhelms me. I can relax here. And the service is impeccable. Most places there's either a fair bit of shmoozing or they act mildly annoyed to have to be waiting on you, or sometimes a combination of both. Here there is genuine warmth and a perfect degree of attentiveness and expediency. If I had more money...
I recently stopped by Mexico Lindo, and I wanted to share my honest thoughts, especially as someone who has lived in the Corvallis area for a long time.
First off, the service here is consistently great—always prompt, attentive, and friendly, which makes the dining experience pleasant. The restaurant also has a nice, warm, and inviting atmosphere, making it a good spot for a casual sit-down meal.

Been in Oregon for 22 years, travelled to many cities and towns trying different Mexican restaurants. So far Mexico is by far my favorite. Takes me back to my California roots. Excellent service and great food.
