Miguel's Mexican Cuisine

Im not sure if it was the time of night but the food was terrible. My friend and i went to the truck outside. We ordered the burrito and street tacos. Taco meat was tastless and burrito was 90% rice and onions with about 25 beans and chicken that was at the bottom of the burrito. Wont be going back

Miguel’s Mexican Cuisine is a gem! The food is absolutely delicious, with large portions that leave you full and satisfied. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get. Highly recommend if you’re craving great Mexican food at a great value! This is a take out style so no seating but there are plenty of outdoor spots near by.

We ordered on New Year’s Eve and 1/17/25 and I’ll have to admit, best food! You guys are great! The only thing I would change would be more steak in your fajitas and less onion but other than that!

Best Mexican food in town. I’m from Southern California, that’s saying a lot!
I know when a place is great based on their rice. This place has amazing rice!! I love their veggie burrito and veggie fajitas🙌🏻

We tried Miguel’s for the first time last week! He’s tucked away and somewhat hard to find, but he does have a sandwich board sign at the entrance off Madison. You can also get in from the alley entrance across from the Crowbar, from that entrance he’s straight ahead.

We had the vegetarian burrito which was full of vegetables and flavor! Also the My Burrito and Carne Asada Burrito. All were served wet and were thoroughly delicious! They were on the generous size, so two people could definitely share. If hungry, get the whole thing and you can skip dinner!

A true little gem in Downtown Corvallis, we will be back, Miguel!
