They are so imaginative in their products.
I really enjoyed stopping in and tasting product. I came to purchase more of their exceptional ginger liqueur and went home with several other bottles, including Apple brandy, Inavale bourbon and pomegranate liqueur. If you're tooling around the Corvallis area, stop in here.
I enjoy the smooth and flavorful Ginger Liqueur. The hot hits the spot.
Incredible products!! Every single one of their products is true to the flavor and fresh from the natural source. You will NOT find a more natural taste anywhere else. You'll be hooked from your first sip, I certainly was and I'll be a life long customer. Family owned and they are always friendly! If you enjoy high quality alcohol and good people, Spiritopia is a must!
A wonderful place with wonderful people, but most of all, wonderful spirits! Spiritopia has something for everyone. I especially enjoy the ginger and peppermint. You have to give them a try.
Talk about Delicious!!!! Sat in my living room with a friend last night and enjoyed some Spiritopia Ginger Lemon drop liqueur. So many choices and now they have a new tasting room in Albany!!! Their apple brandy, ginger liqueur and pomegranate liqueur are to die for as well! Sent a few bottles to family for the holidays
Love the Spirits and the staff. They also offer free hand sanitizer.

We stopped by and tasted their delicious ginger liqueur as well as several others (pomegranate, brandy, whisky, Wow!). I can't wait to try the strawberry rhubarb in the Spring! Everything tastes very fresh.
My wife and I stopped into the distillery this winter while in the Corvallis visiting family (the distillery is actually just north of Corvallis, in Lewisburg). Along with a fun tour, we sampled a half dozen of Spiritopia's offerings. It was immediately apparent why the team there has earned a number of awards since it's inception: great flavors resulting from a blend of chemical and manufacturing expertise, willingness to experiment, commitment to quality control, and creativity. Oh, and I'm guessing a lot of hard work!

Lori was great, telling us all about their fabulous liqueur flavors. I was anxious to try the Ginger Liqueur after seeing so many comments. It surpassed my expectations! We brought home the larger bottle and we will have to visit again soon, as it is nearing the bottom! I do love that 2 sizes of bottles are offered. Can hardly wait for a cold night for hot chocolate and their Peppermint Liqueur!!! Didn't get to meet Chris, but we did get some insight on his talent and skills! A master at work!
The ginger liqueur is amazing, especially the extra spicy. I also liked the Bourbon brandy. The puzzle room looked fun but we didn't have time to try it.
Spiritopia has decided to do things right. Instead of doing the same spirits as everyone else (vodka, gin, a white whiskey, maybe absinthe) and expanding the line too fast they have gone for a niche of very high quality standout spirits. Ginger, peppermint, apple brandy, apple liqueur, pomegranate. Almost all the ingredients are from nearby. Oregon apples, Washington GNS, California pomegranates, Willamette Valley mint.
Every liqueur is fantastic, and their staff in house and at farmers markets are lovely!
Nasty. Nasty. Nasty. This ginger liqueur tastes and smells swampy. I believe something went very wrong during the process.
