I'd like to suggest you add the caramel latte to your door dash menu. I don't like the caramel machiato and so I ordered a regular latte with caramel sauce as an addition. This store didn't add the caramel sauce I paid extra for. It was just bland plain milk and coffee, clearly no caramel sauce. Not sure what happened there but, it was gross and I couldn't drink it. Definitely not a plain latte with caramel sauce. Everything else I ordered was fine, but they also had no add ons, I wouldn't expect anyone to enjoy an unfinished coffee with missing ingredients. Please consider making sure you're adding everything that was ordered.

Capitalist establishment won’t even let a girl use the bathroom without buying something after a long drive, despite the fact I have bought many things from this lance before snd there is not public bathroom nearby. never buying from here again and I would not support this place . Support local coffee instead .

I'm partial since I used to work at Starbucks.
It's the typical downtown starbucks. You have your business ppl, the students, and maybe a transient here and there. Nothing as crazy as a big city (i once got a milk carafe thrown at me).

Staff is always kind and funny, too.

I went to pick up an online order and tried to get a receipt to go with the order. I was told by a woman who i later learned was a supervisor at the location that they didn't issue receipts for online orders. I said i find it hard to believe they can run a business that can't print receipts and she in turn offered to call her manager on the phone so i could speak with them.
I never got as far as speaking to her store manager. Sometime before she placed that call she decided instead that i was unwelcome and asked me to leave. I asked her why she was asking me to leave and she either could not or would not provide a reason. She actually called the police (who at one point seem to have hung up on her) and had me trespassed! If you're reading this and thinking there must be something more, so was I.

The same day i contacted starbucks customer support and was given the phone number of the district manager on the following day who i attempted to make contact with. It took over a month from the first time i spoke to him, for him to have a resolution for me. He told me that according to starbucks policy if police are involved then i would be welcome to contact him again in six months to discuss the issue. I asked him what i had done to deserve this (i'm genuinely not sure if something i had done triggered some past trauma for this employee, or if she was just looking to antagonize someone) and he refused to provide a reason either by his own understanding or one that was given to him second hand, for a ban. I asked if it had to go as far as a lawsuit to get a clear reason which he responded to by directing me to starbucks legal and hanging up.

I think something's wrong with that, but starbucks DM Michael Kane doesn't seem to think so. I told him we should live in a world with reason and his reply was "i wont comment on that". No comment speaks volumes.

I order all the time thru doordash. I received my coffee today which was $9.35 & the cup wasn't lined with caramel sauce! Too bitter to drink so I added creamer from home. If I am willing to pay that much for my coffee can you please make sure it's perfect!?!

I also ordered a scone & received a blueberry muffin☹️

I did contact doordash & was given a partial credit. However, I left the review for the internal crew at this location letting you know my coffee wasn't made correctly & was given the wrong food item. My question to you "owner" how does that have anything to do with doordash? It was made incorrectly by this location. Doordash just delivered it! Way to push the blame instead of making it right!

I got a bacon breakfast sandwich, which was dry and didn't taste like the ones I got at other Starbucks, but I loved the Summer Berry drink. Good seating and space for working and fairly friendly service. I can't complain about anything, I've just been to better Starbucks.
