The food is ok. I was disappointed in the Big Juan burrito. I used to eat at taco time often in the early 2000s and it's different flavor now. Service was great though. Will be back.

Good food, don't recommend doing delivery however. Tried it this evening and almost half my food was missing. Support just said to call the store, and when I called the store the phone just rang endlessly. So, enjoy my free money Taco Time. Maybe you can use it to pay your employees more.

After driving from Dallas during the posted hours online, as well as the hours posted on this establishments door we are EXTREMELY disappointed in the complete disregard for Taco Times customers!The OPEN sign is ON & there’s clearly staff inside but there’s is NO lobby access & they wouldn’t take our order on the intercom or come to the window.NEVER AGAIN
