The atmosphere here is fun! All the books were so cool. I appreciated the kind and swift service as well. The Belgian meatballs were tender, the greens fresh, and the frites mouth watering. What a great way to spend a few hours with my son. Side note: bathroom is immaculate.
A tough review as we had been looking forward to this place for a while now. We arrived around 6 PM and the place was packed, so we sat at the bar and were immediately offered drinks. OK, so they were out of my first choice beer but my second was still great. So far so good, but we were then warned that a very large group just placed their food order, so it would be a bit longer than normal. When we did get our food (it did not take as long as feared), it was with mixed reaction....
Came in on a rainy day and this was a cozy fun place to hang out and eat while it rained outside.
Food was pretty good, really liked the brie on the bread the most out of the stuff we got. The carmel sauce was also pretty good that came with apples.
Place was cozy and chill. Felt nice just hang out there. Lots of books if you want to read and lots of nice places to sit.
The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
