Love love love Taco Vino! Best restaurant in all of Corvallis, hands down. They have a few vegan options on the menu including a jackfruit taco, tempeh taco, smoked baby potatoes, and more. You can also sub tempeh and cashew crema to make the Korean beef taco vegan which is amazing!! The margaritas are also bomb and they have a rotating seasonal margarita as well! I just Love Taco Vino! For Lunch or dinner. All od their tacos are delicious, and the daily specials are wonderful. I recommend Taco Vino to anyone who wants to eat some really good food.

Great experience, amazing to have a completely gluten free restaurant so as someone with celiac I have no worry. There was about a 20 minute wait when we went in on a busy Friday night, the owner was very quick to come around and ask if anyone would like drinks.
