Staff gave my food to someone else. Laughed in Spanish calling me a fat Arab. I grew up in Nayrit and shouted full volume in Spanish . Don't go here ever.
Sad to see they no longer give chips and salsa with to go orders. $50 order and would still need to buy chips and salsa 🤷🏼♀️
Might be the best enchiladas I’ve ever had. Man those were GOOD!

El Tapatio | Mexican Restaurant & Cantina is a huge restaurant, very pretty inside with an awesome bar section and very clean. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and some of the best Mexican food around. The chips, salsa, and bean dip are very good. The fajitas and burritos were superb, and the Pollo Ala Crema was very tasty. The food is high quality, excellent taste, and lovely presentation at a decent price. The portions are nice and easily can split a meal and feel full. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Servers Mario and Adrian are great, attentive, and personable with a great sense of humor. The service is very prompt and makes the entire experience feel effortless. Mondays are $7 margaritas all day. It is one of those places to look forward to coming back to, and it is worth the drive from Eugene.
