Stopped in from a long road trip and Amy was absolutely fantastic!! I ordered the Mohawk burger and it was cooked to the perfect meat temperature andthe egg was perfect as well!! Ice cold glasses for the beer and the music in the bar was great! I'll be back when I come back down the highway!

The Mohawk Restaurant offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, characterized by a slightly rundown but charming ambiance. The interior features wood-paneled walls, dim lighting, and unique decor like stuffed animals and taxidermy, creating an old hunting lodge vibe. The food is highly praised, with popular options such as a California burger, tasty wings, and satisfying salads and tots. The restaurant also serves large portions, including a delicious prime rib on Friday and Saturday evenings, and hearty breakfast options. The service is friendly and attentive, making it a great spot for a quiet meal while traveling along Highway 97. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and fresh, made-to-order meals, with many enjoying the awesome atmosphere and the signature mohawk mule. Despite some concerns about temperature on cold days, the restaurant remains a solid choice for roadside dining, offering a memorable experience with good food and friendly service.
