Ordered venti ice tea with breakfast sandwich in DT. got to window and paid, waited for purchase and got wrong size drink, took that back brought correct size (tasted like just added more liquid) and told me she just put sandwich in oven and had to wait.
Last several trips service in DT have been extremely slow (seemed one order at a time from speaker to drive off before next order at speaker taken) coffees were horrible (scalded milk every time).
