“The employee, Aurora was not personable. After waiting over 20 minutes, watching 6 to 8 drive thru customers receive there orders and drive away while I was still waiting for my food. I requested a refund, it was only then the manager on duty Toni B. gave a very horrible explanation regarding why the drive thru orders were being prioritized over the dine in orders. She explained it was shift change. When you work in fast food, and there are over 6 customers in the dinning area either waiting for there food or waiting to order, SHIFT CHANGE SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING! Drive thru SHOULD NOT be a priority. I will not be returning to this location, fast food is not waiting over 20 minutes for your food.“

As we explored the menu, Tyler filled our heads with delicious dreams of moist chicken and limited-time fries. The cooking staff made them come true. “I ordered through the drive thru a order and ordered some Mozzarella sticks (4 pack) and when zi got them home to eat. They were not even warm and when I bit into it. It tasted awful. I opened one and the cheese inside was dark and did not even look like Mozzella at all. It looked like it was made and left under the heat lamp to long. On the outside looked good but when you opened the stick it was dry, over cooked and did not look very tasty.“

“They food and the service really vary here. There are times when everything goes right and the food is good. Other times, it's not so good. Most of that is because of staff who never seem to stick around. I've never seen the same staff person there twice. My review is for the drive-through only.“

Something of note, they do add buttermilk wheat pancake batter to most egg dishes that use the carton egg mix, except for the scrambled eggs, which does change the texture and flavor of the eggs quite a bit. There's plenty of parking and they have highchairs for kids. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained, but the toilet paper... one step away from becoming writing paper. It's the worst toilet paper I've ever used in my life. Why does this type of toilet paper exist? Was there a surplus from some WW2 era torture compound on clearance? A bulletproof armor experiment gone bad? It's like they ran an old pancake through a laminator. I've seen breath fog up a window thicker than this. If you eat here, sneak in and leave a roll of Charmin, save a life. 🥁 😂

“Nice enough place... Almost like a bar you can bring your kids to? Not a lot of places to get a hot dog and they have a full menu of big Costco sized dogs for a not unreasonable amount of money. I had the burger on Texas toast and it came with fries for $13, however some of the hot dogs were $12-13 which is good if they came with fries but they don't, they come with chips, fries are 4 more dollars and are grocery store variety crinkle cuts... Not sure why the burger is cheaper than a hot dog... The burger was pretty good. My family seemed to enjoy their hot dogs. We had a couple beers that were good but not cheap by any means. It's not overpriced but the place has kind of a bargain feel, I think I would have liked it more it was like a "wow that was cheap experience". If you're gonna charge $12-13 for a hot dog include fries or maybe a 2 dollar upcharge 4 bucks is too much for a hand full of crinkle cuts. Lottery cheapens the place a bit and makes it feel more like a bar than it should. It's not a bad place.

She was very attentive, friendly, and helpful, and even let us know she was going to be taking a break and brought us our check beforehand as well as letting us know we could get help from any of the other staff if need be. The other staff also checked in with us a few times. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The food was good - standard for IHOP fare. The avocado toast wasn’t the best, but the rest of my food was really good. I should also note that we tried to go to a different ihop closer to the airport first and they were incredibly understaffed. They had so many empty tables but a 35 minute wait, likely due to a lack of staffing. We saw this location was on our way home so we decided to stop there instead. We were immediately seated and served, which was a great surprise. Great IHOP experience overall :)“
