Good coffee, but the guy who runs it is the worst kind of person. He didn’t hear me ask for cream, and somehow that led to him being upset at me about it. After a few of his comments, I told him we didn’t need to have an argument about it, but he kept going. Finally I said I understood the reviews of his place: Good coffee but terrible service. He became completely unhinged and was extremely profane and abusive. In such a small town, I’m curious how this place stays in business.

The guy was horrible . We asked what kind of milk, and then we ordered if we could just have Half of the sweet and then asked what kind of milk he had. Then he kind of snapped at us and said that we were confusing him and we need to tell him our order again just through the first order then he just stood there and we went to ask the price to pay him and my sisters are looking to each other, and we just said Nick no thank you if you haven’t started it yet, and he told us to F off and slam the door.A star one is too much - he needed a negative 10!!He seemed mental !!Do NOT GO TO?

I absolutely love not only the coffee here but Nyla the absolute joy to talk to. I am a massive coffee snob, so it takes a lot to get hooked and change where I get my coffee fix. My husband recommended her venue, and once I did, I was hooked. Her prices may be a wee bit higher, but I would rather give my money to a locally owned business rather than a large corporation. Her pastries are made by her from scratch, not frozen, as are some that are delivered and kept until sold. Nyla is A+, and my family & I always put off gether our coffee until we are closer to her shop. It is hard for Mum & Pop business to compete with Starbucks & Doutch Brothers, but for my money, there is absolutely no contest. Nylas Coffee & Espresso shop is the best. And she is an animal lover as well. My Calypso always gets so excited when we come up with the driveway because she knows she is getting something from her. Heather David Fox & Calypso (Fur Baby)

I drove up to the window and sat for a while waiting for someone to open the window and take my order. I started to slowly drive off when I noticed someone inside so reversed back to the window when a man opened the window. I asked to make sure they were open (since it took so long for him to come to the window?) and he sneakily replied, “well the lights are on, aren’t they!?” I tried to order a vanilla latte on soy and he told me they didn’t have soy milk. I asked what about oat milk? He said no all I have is almond milk. I replied, “Oh okay, well never mind, thank you though!” He then yelled at me “Yeah, that’s what I thought! GET OUT OF HERE!”I have never been spoken to or been treated so rudely when simply trying to order a vanilla latte on soy. Incredibly disappointed to see all of the other comments similar to mine - WHY is this place still in business?

Surprised to see the reviews saying the owner was rude. We found him to be perfectly polite when we stopped by. Drinks and food were good too!

no prices listed, old man was super rude, told me to stop changing my order when i was jsut trying to add to my drink. the expresso shots were super burnt so it really wasn't worth the EIGHT DOLLARS. rushed our entire order and was overall extremely rude. tried to be patient with him but was met with a big ol attitude.

1 star is far too much!! I pulled up to get a coffee and at first he stared at me through the closed window. He finally opened it just a little. I asked what brand of sugar free they use, he said does it really matter that much ma’am. I was in shock he said then get the hell out of here and slammed the window. He kept yelling but I took off! He is OLD and Crabby!!!

Pulled up to get an iced mocha and saw the guy sitting behind the window he finally opened it a little and was hiding behind it. I asked if he had sugar free chocolate and he said yes. I asked what brand, because I can’t drink some of them. He then yell at me saying “does it really matter? I said excuse me? He slammed the window shut saying “just get the hell out of here. So I did!!and I will never go back!!!
