After 4 years of visiting the coast, Nylas has always been our favorite coffee shop. The owner has always been kind to us, and seeing the bad reviews breaks my heart. People have zero patience and just because he doesn't stick his head into your window like Dutch bros, doesn't mean that he is rude or grumpy. Give him a break, were all just trying to make a living. We stopped in yesterday on 4th of July. My grandson was asking for a milkshake, the gentleman working said something his ice cream doesn't thicken.. W/E that means so I said how about a smoothy enstead and he said the smoothy doesn't thicken either. My wife was wanting her espresso but it wasn't going to come from this place. We ended up pulling away.

I absolutely love not only the coffee here but Nyla the absolute joy to talk to. I am a massive coffee snob, so it takes a lot to get hooked and change where I get my coffee fix. My husband recommended her venue, and once I did, I was hooked. Her prices may be a wee bit higher, but I would rather give my money to a locally owned business rather than a large corporation.
