Pulled up to get an iced mocha and saw the guy sitting behind the window he finally opened it a little and was hiding behind it. I asked if he had sugar free chocolate and he said yes. I asked what brand, because I can’t drink some of them. He then yell at me saying “does it really matter? I said excuse me? He slammed the window shut saying “just get the hell out of here. So I did!!and I will never go back!!!
I mean... it's he joking? Dude rudest person I've ever met and I'm from Detroit! Holy crap!
These people on here that say, oh give him a break, he's just trying to make a living, or there is a language barrier OR the best one... we're just entitle tourists. LOLOL
None of those explain his repeated abuse of everyone! All I did was smile and ask if he was open since he didn't come to the window or ask what I wanted. I couldn't tell if that's his thing like it's a joke. Place...read full review
DON'T GO! If I could give 0 stars I would. The most rude service I have ever received. I read he was rude in other reviews but I was staying in a rental very close and thought why not just try. I was yelled at for checking to see if my transaction went through. It did on my side but said it didn't on his. I ended up walking away. Go across the street to Pirate Coffee Company. They are better priced and 1000% more friendly.

The zebra mocha is delightful and the prices are slightly higher but worth it to support a locally owned business. The owner, Nyla, is an absolute joy to talk to and a talented pastry chef, making everything from scratch. The coffee is top-notch, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Nyla's Coffee & Espresso shop stands out from the larger chains like Starbucks and Dutch Brothers, offering a personal touch and quality that is unmatched. Plus, Nyla is an animal lover, making every visit a treat for both coffee lovers and furry friends.
