Suzy's Taqueria #2 serves the best tacos in Salem. The lengua is phenomenal, and the asada and pollo tacos are also highly recommended. The tortillas are very yummy, and the meats are cooked to perfection. The chef's seasoning skills are impressive, making the asada tender and flavorful. Friendly service and great food make this spot a must-try in downtown Salem. Quesabirria and fish tacos are absolutely phenomenal, and the birria is so tasty and not dry at all. The reaper sauce is also a favorite, super spicy but delicious. Tres Leches is a new addition and highly suggested. The quesitacos are wonderful, and the overall customer service is incredible.
