I have eaten pho all over the world, and this one was probably the weakest effort to date. The broth tasted and looked like the water that was used to cook the noodles in.

They were open which is probably a shame. This food is horrifying. I don't have any idea how they get over 4 stars. The service was good. They were not busy at all. The salad rolls were made probably yesterday, hard and pre wrapped. The Vietnamese fried noodles were just chow mein, cold and greasy. The Bun is udon noodles, coated in grease. The meat was okay. I will not be going back. I wasted 60$ and a half hour of my time. So, I should've just gone to Umi Grill instead but I wanted Vietnamese. Never again.
