Bon Mi is easily one of my favorite restaurants in Eugene. I'm not the biggest fan of pho generally, however I am obsessed with Bon Mi's pho. My favorite is the yellow curry pho. I recommend getting a large size and extra chicken. It's enough food for 2 meals! I also recommend a bit of chili oil added to it. It's flavorful, just a bit spicy, and is food for the soul. My partner and I love getting takeout from here. The bahnmi and pho is consistently good and we appreciate the portion sizes. I love the way they prepare the tofu for the sandwiches!
