“Sometimes giving a place a second try is worth it. ***This was my original review I was in town and my friends were getting burgers so I said I'd get one too. I ordered the Blue Cheese Bacon burger. I also asked for added sautéed mushrooms along with the onions that the menu described. We brought them back to my friends to eat. My burger was a wreck! The onions were barely noticeable and only on one side of the burger. There was maybe 3 slices of mushrooms despite the additional $2.00 charge. It was missing bacon. I called and shared what had occurred and how my burger was all wrong. I was given excuses about a recent menu change and that there had been a rush at the time my food was being made and essentially an apology with an excuse. My friends eat their probably once a week. I was told my name with my friends name would be put somewhere safe and that I could come in anytime for another on the house. Because of that quality business ethic at the time I did not write a review and was saving it for burger I'd originally hoped for. I finally came back to the area today and stopped in to inquire. They did not have my or my friends name anywhere but the cook said they remembered my burger was wrong. Today their remedy was to offer a few dollars off any order. Far from the original rectifying the wrong. While my friends who live nearby may continue to frequent your establishment, I will not be recommending you. I am from this area and I have a travel blog and share recommendations to hundreds of travelers from all across the USA. It's unfortunate you didn't honor your word. And it's unfortunate you didn't make it right. $18 for a burger and I left a $3 tip has left a bad taste in my mouth. Snack Shack (Owner) a month ago Hi Dreba, I saw your review and read what happen. im sorry about your experience im the new owner just took over last month I would love for you to give us a chance ill even remake the order they mest up for you on us come by or give us a call and ask for the manager This was my updated review of the Snack Shack Since I was in town again, I took the invitation of the new owners as an opportunity to support a new enterprise that represents a change. I showed them the previous review and their response and asked if they wanted to make use of the opportunity. I told them what my previous order had been, and they got right on it. I was treated kindly with smiles and asking my preferences. They used clear language for clarifications. The establishment looks very similar to the last visit, however the atmosphere felt more inviting. While I walked around and took a few photos my burger order was cooked. I got it to go. It was still hot when I arrived 10 minutes away. I had nibbled on the fries while I drove. The burger was juicy and all the added flavor bits were there. The mushrooms and onions were done nicely and were of an amount that was evident in each bite. The blue cheese added a nice bite and wasn't overpowering. I appreciated having the bacon on the side, even tho I had said I didn't want bacon. It got nibbled on too. Thank you for inviting me to try again. Thank you for a great dinner. Thank you for being kind. I'll tell me friends to come back too. Best wishes on your new endeavor. I urge you to give an old place with a new set of values a try. Thanks for making it right.“

I got a fried fish special once that was fire/amazing. 10/10. Calling ahead is super easy and nice for pickup. Dining in at crow and cart is also great, they have great bevs.“

“We went last night and had our usual 5 star cheeseburger. One of the best in town. But we were a little confused. After hearing a radio ad about serving breakfast we were interested. We love a good breakfast out. But while we were there we couldn’t get a breakfast menu, no menu on your website, and no table tents with a menu, just announcement.
If you’re going to spend all the money advertising why not display a menu. These are just suggestions.“

“Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior camouflage, this joint is serving up the most delicious and best value bar food in Eugene, in a sparkling clean authentic dive bar atmosphere. The Rusty Sliders are familiar to those who frequented the original iteration of Laurelwood Pub, and the side salads are so gorgeous you will be forgiven for imagining you are in a bougie bistro.

Make sure you ask about daily specials (the vague waitress didn't clue us in) and always ALWAYS order the cheesecake on Fridays. We will be regulars now, especially when the new Ducks football season starts.

Excellent tap selection and even better pricing. A few in my party mentioned they would like to see a couple of local wines vs the basic stuff available but perhaps they are in the general minority.“

“I come to this Carls Jr location frequently on my lunch break. I always use the drive thru. Everytime Tammy is working, they are so kind and welcoming from the time I am greeted at the voice box until I am handed my food. They always have a smile on their face, and my order is always correct. Just thought they deserved some recognition for their kindness.“

If you’re debating going there, do, they’re great. This isn’t a reflection of the place just calling their attention to one waitress who is very unprofessional. The blond one, I think her name starts with a J, is often rude to customers. Including, but not limited to, yelling at an elderly man for talking too loud for her but from accross the room we could hear her screaming at him and couldn’t hear him at all. He wasn’t bothering anyone but she kept yelling at him, things like “I can’t even concentrate with you here” in a very harsh tone. Tonight she was drunk, she told the table next to us that her day was awful because she was still hung over from last night but she was slurring her words and swaying and acting like she was still drunk. We even herd the other table talking when she left wondering if she was high or drunk and she wasn’t even the waitress for our aria but she kept coming into the other waitress section and telling people about her New Year’s Eve when she got drunk at a hotels restaurant and stole a stuffed bear from toys for tots.

Again, the food is great. The place is great. Most of the people are great they still get 5 starts I just want them to know how she acts.“

Lane 25 is definitely one of the top 3 venues to have an event in Lane County. Lots of room to set up multiple services and still space to dance. If you love bowling and pizza, look no further. I've know the owner, Eric for years and he and his staff will do everything to keep you smiling. I definitely recommend you considering having your next event there.“

“Anna's Deli by far has the nicest atmosphere. With the fireplace, table seating, fully stocked bar. This place is a step above the lottery deli's around town. Parking is plenty and handicapped accessible. “I will definitely be coming here again. The 2 for $25 dollar entrees with appetizer were really good and the service was outstanding for takeout. I didn't know what to expect but was very impressed at the on duty manager this evening and the wait staff both- we will definitely make the stop again to dine in house soon. “My son brought home a little token from school earning a free mini blizzard. I really appreciate rewards like this for students. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a fast food restaurant that was clean, organized, had courteous staff, and was festive.

I wouldn’t expect a fast food restaurant to provide a pleasant atmosphere especially on a corner of a very busy intersection. 😊

The service was ridiculously prompt, my son was still picking out a table when our order was ready.

“This might have some of the best scenery in all of Oregon. When you're here, you literally feel as though you're transported to a vineyard either in France or Italy. The wine was awesome, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend.“
