The place was very clean and we got compensation for the minor mistakes that the staff made, not to mention the food was very delicious and fulfilling! “They really do have the best Chili I have ever had in my entire life. The nachos are awesome, delicious and such a large serving that most people will either need to share or get a box. Fun drink specials that invoke the fantasy theme! The family that runs the place is super cool too, very friendly! you can see the heart they put in, ya know? I really loved the previous location for it's welcoming vibe and good food and they are definitely carrying on the tradition.“

“MANNNNNNNNNNNNNNN......This burger was amazing. Hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had. And I don't even really like pickles but the man makes his own pickles and they pair amazingly well with the burger. You can taste the love and care he puts into the food and super nice. I live wayyyyy out in the country and it's almost a 30 minute drive for me to get to his place and he was so thoughtful and mentioned that next time to let him know to hold off 20 minutes after I order so my food would be hot and fresh when I got there and that in itself would of been enough for me to return in the fact that he cared enough to want to make sure my food is fresh, which may I say is a rarity in customer service. If you haven't tried and all the other 100+ reviews weren't enough for you to want to give this man your business then let me add onto the list of people who highly recommend this place. It's so rare these days to find a place who actually gives a flip about what they're serving and he definitely most definitely does. I'll be making the hour round trip again in the near future just to get me a burger. PS.. you can taste the high quality of meat he uses, it's not a slop shop by any means and when I was picking up my food he was slicing potatoes for the fries and man again it's so worth it. I got the combo which had the option of garlic fries, which are truly truly amazing if you like garlic, I was tempted for the onion rings, but didn’t however there was one on the burger and they hand bread, their onion rings and again really, really good. The burger is cooked to how you like it. The bun is crafted the service amazing I don’t get very many reviews, but this one was great. Would’ve done a photo but ate it before I thought of doing the review.“

It was so big I couldn't fit it in my mouth at one time and so tender and juicy it was falling out and I had to eat some pieces with a fork. Here's what I had: -3 patty burger with all free fixings -pepperjack cheese (they put it on EVERY slice!) -4 slices of bacon -avacado -sautéed mushrooms -sautéed onions -large tots with both fry sauce and their ranch substitute (I forget what it was). it took a while to make, but like I said, absolutely worth it!!! My picture does NOT do it justice. I had already taken a few bites because my head was lost when I got back to the table, but just look at it! You will be mesmorized when you order their burger! Listen if you are seriously hungry and looking for an amazing burger, you WILL NOT go wrong with this place. It's local and with the way they presented it you can tell they make it with love.“

“I use the drive through here. Now I’m not a big fan of fast food, but sometimes my toddler needs some chicken stars and my mom needs a milk shake for Mother’s Day (me too). Every-time I go to this location and Steven is super helpful and the food is good for fast food. I moved from Albany and had all but boy cot that location. Also, this milk shakes are on point and if you pay attention to the effort required of them you will appreciate them even more. Ps- if you’re looking to hire you might want to steal Steven away, employees like that are hard to come by.“

“I don't usually write reviews of fast food place, but the service at the W. 11th store was exceptional. One worker stopped to converse with me regarding my work (editing a manuscript). Yesterday I noticed a young worker. As soon as she helped a customer at the counter, she was performing other tasks. No manager directed her; she just was an astute worker who understood the importance of taking the initiative. In addition, (I'll refer to her as G, her first initial) she was genuinely happy to be working. If you are looking for a Carl's Jr. this store is a good one to go to.“

“I was pleasantly greeted by the shift leader, Nova, who was very fun and genuine and gave me some good suggestions on the specials. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained and the staff was very quick and efficient. I got my food within a few minutes. Nova was even able to apply a credit when the Carl’s Jr. app rewards scan code didn’t work for me. Very good experience here!“

“My son really wanted a BK crown, and even though we don't usually eat fast food I decided to indulge. We went and ate in. There was an employee there named James, or maybe Jack. But he was an older gentlemen. It was the kindest most polite fast food staff I had ever experience. It's worth going back for! “It took awhile to get our food, and the food wraps are really, really thin on the burgers. Other than that it's a fantastic place, the food was fantastic, alot of fries, burger customization options and the drink machines also have so much selection. The customer service was quick and friendly, someone cleaning went out of there way to talk to me aside from my order being placed which only made it that much more inviting.“

“I visited specifically to find a bar to watch the Ducks football game, and it was great to have plenty of TV screens and small screens at each table. Although the taste of the tap beer was a bit lacking, the prices were reasonable, and the $6.00 mini pizza with five toppings was a nice option. I also think the Happy Hour specials from 3 to 6 PM on weekdays, with tap beers priced at $3.50 and $5.00, are excellent. It's a recommended spot.“

Gluten free pizza options as well as plenty of appetizers. Staff were amazing, plenty of beer and cider selections. Had a great time! But, the most impressive part of this whole dining experience was the customer service. The gal who was working the front was amazing. “Anna's Deli by far has the nicest atmosphere. With the fireplace, table seating, fully stocked bar. This place is a step above the lottery deli's around town. Parking is plenty and handicapped accessible. “My son brought home a little token from school earning a free mini blizzard. I really appreciate rewards like this for students. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a fast food restaurant that was clean, organized, had courteous staff, and was festive.

I wouldn’t expect a fast food restaurant to provide a pleasant atmosphere especially on a corner of a very busy intersection. 😊

The service was ridiculously prompt, my son was still picking out a table when our order was ready.
