Food is great, got the chicken panang curry and pad see ew. Unfortunately only received one of the two drinks ordered for take out, and the Thai tea is about 80% ice for five dollars so I'd recommend avoiding that.

I can't judge Chaiyo on their service or atmosphere, as someone else ordered and picked up the food for me. The chicken pad thai I got was mediocre though. Had I gotten in somewhere in the midwest, I may have given it a higher rating but I hold Thai food in Oregon to high standards. I'm not against giving them another try, but with the plethora of Thai places in the area I'll definitely go somewhere else next time I'm in Eugene.

This used to be my favorite Thai place in town, idk if there has been turnover or new ownership but every time I try to eat here the rice is overdone and mushy, the ingredients don’t match what is on the menu, and the overall quality has gone down significantly. Really hope this place can recapture the magic some day soon but until then I will be getting my Thai elsewhere.

Used to eat here every afternoon when I worked in the area. Always good food and friendly staff. Made it back there today first time in awhile. Still Very good food and filling, never can finish the whole serving, always have leftovers. Had the Pad Thai very tasty. Plus had an order of Pot Stickers 5 Stars on all, e atmosphere Would have been better if it was not raining. But thats not their fault they cant control the rain Friendly and talkative staff and they have a new truck (New to me) Thanks for the good eatsParking: currently empty building they are set up in so has parkingWheelchair accessibility: Level area saw no issues

Great stir fries but inconsistent rice. Sometimes it's super wet, soft, mushy, other times it's dry and crunchy, other times it's fine.But rice should never be wrong at a thai restaurant. Bad rice will ruin an otherwise 5 star meal.

I absolutely love this place! The food is amazing and the owners are awesome! I go here almost everyday!
Had the yellow curry with chicken and it was so yummy! Tasty and flavorful with a creamy curry sauce. I also ordered the pad Thai with chicken medium spice and it was spicy and also delicious! I had a iced Thai tea and loved it, it's been a while since I've had it and it was wonderful. Had this good while at a conference at the graduate hotel across the street.

One question to anyone who's ever given this truck more than a single star. Why on earth would you do that. I have never had a more unpleasant bite of food than the rancid grease tubes these folk offer on their menu as Vegan Spring Rolls. I understand, this is Eugene where standards ain't that high and expectations are low, but WTF y'all? Take these tubes of old ass grease tasting things off of your menu. Take a spring roll class. Ya know, surely there are plenty of youtube tutorials you may access free of cost. Do it, please. One final thing, in case readers are curious, and you know you are, I did give back the untouched portion, and no i did not demand a refund. I'm not a monster, c'mon!

Thai Person Stamp of Approval - The Thai spicy fried rice and fried chicken with papaya salad was absolutely phenomenal! As a Thai person finding good Thai food in the US that's up to my standards isn't the easiest task but this gets my stamp of approval. Friendly service, fast wait times, and delicious food will have me coming back every time I'm in Eugene
