Went for dinner here on a Saturday evening, we were seated immediately by a very kind hostess. The service was excellent, the ambiance was very nice, and the food was delicious! I got a cadillac margarita and the carne asada burrito, it was massive and the enchilada sauce on top was so good! My mom got a skinny margarita and steak fajitas and she said it was amazing, all the toppings were so fresh and the meat was perfect. Our bill came to about $75 pre-tip. All in all, highly recommend!

2/3 people in our group were disappointed with our food. Both dishes were very bland. Portions were good, but the price didn’t feel worth it for the taste. I was hoping for more flavor.

Boyfriend and I love this place. Friendly cheerful staff. We only order one thing though. Carne Asada. I've only had one other dish there and it's the relleno costeño. Shrimp in a rich cream sauce stuffed inside a chile. Both really good.

Really good food, service (staff was so good) and atmosphere. This is more on the expensive side but the food and portions were totally worth it. You can get a fajita plate to share if you don't eat heavy. Highly recommend :)

Conveniently located at High and South Streets in Worthington with adjacent parking. An independent family run restaurant with comfortable interior booth and table seating and an outside west facing patio with umbrella tables. The menu features the expected wide range of Mexican dishes, margaritas, craft cocktails, Mexican and domestic beers, and soda including several Jarritos flavors. On our recent visit we particularly enjoyed sharing their traditional guacamole and the Camerones (shrimp) Chipotle. Our entrees were well prepared and portioned with pretty mild spices. The atmosphere is casual with friendly and attentive service.
Good value for the price. Fun to go out with friends.

Food was ok, the Hostess wasn't rude but wasn't welcoming either. Our server delivered a little better than the hostess but still not what we expect from this establishment. Hoping next time is different.

My family visited on cinco de Mayo and this wonderful restaurant sponsored a mariachi band! I thought it would be too loud for my autistic granddaughter but the music was so lovely she wanted more. Thank you, Chapala, you are a local treasure! ❤️

Food served too hot, and billed before I could eat. Servers removed a full plate of food, barely cooled, because paid for. Gone with the wind... someone else eat?
This is hands down my favorite Mexican food in town. The chicken fajitas are my favorite!! My husband and I love to share them. The salsa is delicious, and I love the warm chips they serve with your meal. The workers are always so friendly. Highly recommend.
