Chapala Mexican Restaurant

My parents live nearby so I have eaten at the Oakway Center location many times. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is friendly and helpful, and the outdoor seating is wonderful. The Fiesta Kale Salad is probably my favorite salad ever, and I highly recommend it, though everything we have tried has been good.

We hired Chapala to cater our wedding, and they were excellent! Everyone loved the food, many people actually commented on what a good idea was and how tasty it was. Super professional, super punctual. Erin was really easy to work with and super communicative. She had great ideas and was really helpful. No problems whatsoever and we would definitely hire them again. Thank you, Chapala crew!

Amazing food and people are always so nice will always be one of me and my fiancés favorite restaurants our server was Salvador he was very funny and welcoming definitely recommend people to come try it it would disappoint (Don’t forget to try the jalapeño queso)

We were sat immediately, however we waited 30 minutes before someone took our drink and food order. They did have 2 large birthday parties finishing up. So, maybe that's why. We both got fajitas. Mine steak and friends was bacon wrapped shrimp. Delicious. With lots of meat.

Erin at Chapala made a last minute catering order happen for my office, and really hooked us up! We got 2 appetizer platters and some enchilada trays. And despite it being last minute, they had everything ready to go on time.

The food was fresh, hot, and a huge hit with my employees! I’m a huge foodie, and I’ve honestly had better Mexican food—but not much better! And this was absolutely the best Mexican food in Eugene.

This is our favorite big menu Mexican place in town. Whether take out or sit down with margaritas. Everyone has their favorites on the menu and nobody has ever been disappointed that I've been with.

One of the best places I've had in Eugene. After all the dissapointing spots I've found around the city that are "highly rated" its no surprise some people think this place is bad. Food is great, the atmosphere is great, and the servers are friendly. The shrimp I had in my Relleno was perfectly cooked. A lot of Mexican dishes are heavy so if you're not into that make sure you ask them to lighten it up. Try to get a table outside and enjoy the beautiful Eugene climate.
