Place looks great, but the food and coffee are mediocre and way overpriced, the staff is slow and act bored with their jobs, and the seating is very uncomfortable. I noticed most of the positive reviews are from 1 to 6 years ago.

Espresso was apparently made with a medium roast, (which they don’t advertise), and therefore slightly sour. Some may like this, I personally find this unacceptable. Also, you can’t order iced tea without sweetener. Nice atmosphere, well-crafted latte. Based on the terrible taste of the espresso, I won’t be coming back.

Bacon, why is it so hard to make?? ? Coffee is amazing but the food is just so hit or miss, I can't believe it. Sometimes great, sometimes the potatoes are overspiced and the bacon inedible. Staff very lovely.

Probably top four coffee places in Eugene. I particularly like the location of West 11th because there’s really nothing quite good out there. The coffee cake is huge and their Americanos are awesome.

I went there intending to purchase a 12 oz bag of Ethiopian coffee, just as I had a month ago, and was informed by them that Ethiopian comes only in 5 oz and 50 oz measures, not even 12 oz. Bottom line is that the employees were too lazy to measure out a 12 oz bag. This is awful customer service. No excuses. I will not return or purchase anything else there.
