Service is a bit slow. Yet, they always get your coffee order right! We love them!

Great coffee, atmosphere and staff. They could definitely lower the AC a bit.
Food is overpriced, coffee is plain tasting. I drink a lot of coffee but this shop is plain tasting on everything, none of the breakfast items come with meat like a breakfast burrito should come with meat and not have to pay extra

They roast coffee in house and are quite adept at it. They also make pastries in house which are excellent.

I’ve been here twice wanting to try a local coffee spot and they messed up my order both times - giving me the wrong pastry. The girls taking the orders seemed snobby. Coffee has good flavor but is watered down.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Eugene. My friends and I go here all the time to study or hang out. The atmosphere is amazing, and I’ve never had anything on the menu that I haven’t liked. I recommend the iced dirty chai.

They don't seal their bags of coffee and it's actually astounding. But otherwise the cafe is wonderful and they make great pastries/cakes.

I don’t understand how this “Coffee Shop” can expect the prices they’re asking for without at least weighing the grinds in. This was some of the worst espresso in the Eugene area . Also, FYI, lattes, cappuccinos and so on, do not come in three different sizes. Those are real words, and they’re defined by the recipe, and they do not have three variations… tried to talk to the guy at the front counter and the barista but they were too busy ruining other peoples orders. Fantastic customer service.

Great staff, great food, and even better coffee. The atmosphere could be a little cozier but I’ll be returning for the food.

Ordered a Cortado. Barista didn’t ask me which espresso I wanted so I asked if there were some espresso options. She had already dosed the portafilter with their blend but told me the single origin Ethiopian was better. I said I prefer espresso blends anyway. As she pulled the shot I saw she was about to put it in a paper cup and so I said I wanted it for here. She said they were only doing paper cups because they were getting ready to close. It was 4:20 and they close at 5. She then proceeded to dump about 6 ounces of steamed milk into my 2 ounces of espresso and handed me what amounted to a latte. So I smiled, sat down and proceeded to choke down the beverage as I watched ants devouring some crumbs on the floor. What a shame.

This used to be my favorite work spot. However, recently I've been there twice when the wifi was not working. Please get it fixed! Also, the bathroom desperately needs an air freshner!
