Wishing Mr. Jersey Mike himself would bless me by attaching my mouth to the slicer to shovel cold cuts in my mouth. Always 11/10 sandwich from this location. Staff seem to have lower turnover which looks like a good sign. Been seeing the same folks for a good amount of time now.
Very friendly staff. The space is always clean. They are efficient, even when they are busy. The ingredients are always fresh. I work nearby so I eat here very often and have been coming here since they first opened. The quality of the food and service has consistently been very good without exception across many different visits over time.
To the gentleman who answered the phone yesterday and canceled my order after I had ordered the wrong sandwich, YOU ARE A TRUE HERO 🦸🏻♂ I was then able to reorder the correct sandwich, which arrived hot and was incredible. My wife and I enjoyed our dinner last night and are currently enjoying our leftovers today. Your customer service was above and beyond. I’m sorry I didn’t remember your name, but thank you, my friend.
