It’s basically a homeless camp and a couple employees are definitely tweaking and have horrible hygiene. DO NOT GO HERE!!!Didn’t even eat the food we just took are loss and headed home.

Its typical of DQ, decent food and good price. Service about as good as you can hope for with the short staffing at this location. The other DQs I go to don't have this kind of staffing issue. Just this one. Front of house is pretty good at keeping it together.

Stopped in to use the bathroom and get an ice cream cone. The bathroom smelled absolutely horrible, as if someone pissed all over the floor. I wanted to tell them, politely, after ordering. However, two staff members looked at me and neither acknowledged me, so I decided to simply leave.

Its on hwy 99 so if your ok with what that entails the service here is great very nice employees that have no problem correcting an order if it really was wrong the staff are friendly and inviting. Friendly and fast service, good quality and fresh food. Only downside is they're rather short staffed and the prices are somewhat high for fast food but that's not really something the workers are able to control and despite those things they do an excellent job here!Dietary restrictions: If you need to check ingredients or calories they have a separate menu with all the menu items food/ingredients information! Just ask at the front counter :)Parking: Lots of free parking spots, just recommend parking towards the front of the lot/with your vehicle in view from one of their many windows due to the area/houseless folks meandering around outside.Wheelchair accessibility: There's disabled parking available but the doors are rather heavy and hard to hold open, BUT I've witnessed workers drop what they're doing to grab the door for a wheelchair user and they were super helpful (while not being overwhelming) towards them :)

Waited 20 minutes for a dipped cone. Cars in drive thru got their food faster. Everything is super expensive. Had 3 tweekers around the front. Super sketchy.

They workers are so rude all. The time they half way blend the blizzards and they take for ever just for it to be subpar ? I will only go there when they have a good deal on the app. If the employee will allow it I should say . Many call and emails to corporate where it states it will be sent to that store owner with no reply’s or any changes. If you can go to the other ones coburg great !Parking: There is a paid parking garage across the street other than that you can park somewhere and walk

Visiting from out of state. Had my daughter go get us lunch. They messed up the whole order. When I asked for them to fix it the manager wanted to fight with me and be completely disrespectful and unprofessional. All I wanted was the fudge out on our Sundays and she flat refused to fix them or refund me.

After ordering our food we were told a portion of what was ordered was still frozen and when the cashier got the manager, he didn't seem to care what was going on as to why he was summoned up front for the refund. But we were given the refund for what we didn't get.

We have never had an issue with this Dairy Queen for years amd they have always taken care of us, but I don't know what's going on lately. Within the past two months our blizzards have been made incorrectly 4 times now. They aren't a cheap item and when we pay for extra toppings and don't get them it is very frustrating. To top it of my fiance found a huge hair in her blizzard. I just want what I order to be correct, I don't feel that its much to ask for. Especially when we frequently the establishment often.
