We have never had an issue with this Dairy Queen for years amd they have always taken care of us, but I don't know what's going on lately. Within the past two months our blizzards have been made incorrectly 4 times now. They aren't a cheap item and when we pay for extra toppings and don't get them it is very frustrating. I used to love DQ. I worked on the one on Coburg back in '99. We had the best Ultimate burgers and they were flame broiled. Now everything is nuked. The meat has no flavor. The bread is just filler with no flavor. The only flavor you get on a burger is if you add lots of condiments. If I wanted to drink a bottle of Ranch, I'd stay at home and do so.

After ordering our food we were told a portion of what was ordered was still frozen and when the cashier got the manager, he didn't seem to care what was going on as to why he was summoned up front for the refund. But we were given the refund for what we didn't get.
