Tired of the greed. I remember when I could take my nephew in on his birthday and he would get a giant milkshake with extra chocolate caramel and sprinkles. No an 8 year old has to have ID or the app to get a free drink on their birthday. I had to take him home and bring back his birth fortifications to get him a drink, and if they only gave him a small regular milkshake. I get it people took advantage of it and they were loosing money on free drinks, but why make a kid suffer. I could understand having an adult show if, but a kid. Come on.

Very slow service and they make people wait in line with the cars (not good) then want you to pull up right next to them (not safe) Used to go everyday years ago and it was always great, now they have changed away from service

As much as I love to be ? by microplastics. Breathing in exhaust fumes is where I draw the line. Having people wait behind cars is not only dangerous for health reason but have you seen how people drive in Eugene ? Please bring back the walk up window yall have the space for it clearly with this new upgrade.

I have been anxiously awaiting the opening of the new building. It finally opened today, and I went over there. And was severely disappointed. The walk up window is gone. There are a lot of people who live and work close to this location who walk up to this store and now in order to do that, they have to get in line with the cars. I had to put a mask on to avoid breathing in the car exhaust fumes. The barista said that they were concerned about people walking across in front of cars, so they took the walk up window away. Ok so making them stand in line with the cars is a better option? I mean what the hell Dutch Bros!?!?!
