Great stop for a quick sandwich, pastry, snack or drink. It's the main pit stop for student for its location in the middle of campus. Personally love the breakfast there, as they are the only dining venue open for early classes. PS the cake and cookies there are lit. I personally love the oatmeal raisin cookies!
I wish I was in college at UO again JUST so I can eat salad at Dux Bistro. Let me tell you, this place has THE best Caesar salad in the state of Oregon! Portions are generous and everything -- the dressing, lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons, pita bread -- tastes incredible!! & that is an understatement. My favorite place to get salads! At Dux Bistro they have an amazing menu of salads you can choose from or you can build your own salad like I do! Aside from salads, Dux Bistro also offers pastries, grab and go lunches, sandwiches, coffee and smoothies! When meeting with someone from Bumble Bizz I always take them to Dux Bistro to grab a coffee and chat in the wonderful outdoor seating areas!
