Stopped here as a bathroom break and decided to go inside for food. Bathroom was surprisingly nice compared to other stops and food was very well made. A very nice unexpected stop
Great tacos at a reasonable price!
Nice place for friends or family. Colorful atmosphere. Can eat in or outdoors. Food is quite tasty. The burritos are well stiffed and can be ordered with or without 'pico' sauce. Milkshakes are nice, not overly thick ad tasty.
Fair amount of parking available.
Service is a bit slow, but they are just getting their feet under them, it seems to be a place where good times will only grow.

Eduardo's taco shop is a surprising place with tasty tacos, especially the pastor and carnitas. The converted gas station vibe feels real. The service is solid, and the people were nice. This is the absolute best Mexican restaurant with everything you could ever want. The amazing street tacos, breakfast burrito, and bean and cheese burrito are SOOOO delicious. The food was good, and picky kids liked it. Eduardo is also an extremely kind person and fantastic cook. The homemade sauces are fresh and flavorful. This hole in the wall has the best tasting Mexican food in Eugene, and many are happy it is close to their neighborhood. It has a drive-through.
