The ingredients are fresh and the preparation is simple enough that my teenager can make them with ease. The flavor profiles are spot on. We enjoy preparing food but it’s nice to have a few meals each week where the preparation is done for you. The meals are quick to finish and they are delicious. I attended Jamie’s workshops at Erin’s Table and had a great experience. Jamie is a knowledgeable and easygoing instructor. I highly recommend her classes! She also teaches at Lane Community College for those interested in learning more.

We've had 8-10 different meals, most are barely more effort than dump in a pan, stir a couple times, eat. And the meals! Tonight we had phily cheese steak soup. So good! The butter chicken I get as often as I can! AND she doesn't hesitate to work around allergies! My partner has celiac, and we've had no issues. Everything is local, veggies are organic, and $34 for 2-3? Totally reasonable. Most meals give us dinner one night and lunch for both of us the next. If...
