Arroz Con Frijoles Negros y Lechon (Black Beans and Rice)
This dish is a Cuban favorite served during the holidays and at special events. We love this dish so much, we want to share it with you everyday! Authentic Cuban pressure-cooked black beans, served over steamed white rice and our signature roasted pork. A delicious combination of flavors, that will wake up your tastebuds. Don't forget the Mojo sauce!
Fufu-Andy's Way with Lechon and Blak beans
Green Plantain Banana, coarsely mashed plantain banana drizzled with Olive oil and chopped fresh garlic. They are topped with our delicious Black Beans and our signature roasted lechkon. Made with little love.
Pollo en la Plancha (Chicken on the flattop)
Chicken breast, cut and pounded thin. Marinated in citrus juice and a blend of seasonings. Cooked on the flattop and served with rice and Black beans.
Ropa Vieja (Old Clothes)- Cuba's National Dish
One of Andy's favorites! The English translation of this dish is reffering to the beef being shredded and piled in a heap, like a heap clothes. We take flank steak and shred it by hand; Then, we finish it off, by slow cooking the meat in our Cuban red sauce. This plate served with white rice and those yummy black beans.
Picadillo (Savory ground beef)
I remember my mom taking odd size cuts of beef and grinding them by hand! Cuban ground beef is finished off with green olives, special seasonings and our Cuban red sauce. Our beef simmers until it has achieved perfection! This dish was served at least once a week, at my parent's house. it is served with white rice and our delicious black beans.
Costillas Ahumadas (Smoked pork Chops)
A pair of smoked pork chops grilled with a dab of butter on the flattop. They are served with our black beans and steamed rice.

Thick Cut and flattened green plantains. They come 4 to an order and lightly salted.Great as a snack to share or as an additional to any meal!
Croquetas de Jamon y Papa
As a quick snack or shared appetizer. Our Cuban Croquettes are stuffed with ham and potatoes and come 5 to an order.

Platano Macho (Green Plantain Banana), coarsely mashed plantain banana drizzled with olive oil, chopped fresh garlic, and Black beans
Yuca Fries with Mojo
Thick cut Yuca Root or cassava, depending on where you're from. Unlike regular potato fries, these fries don't get soggy when they cool. Dip them in our Mojo Sauce or enjoy them with katsup.
Mariquitas (Plantain Chips)
These crispy chips are fried and lightly salted. They make a great snack or utensils to help shovel your food onto your fork.
Maduros (Ripe Plantains)
Plantain banans get sweeter as they ripen. The darker the skin the sweeter they are. We take black ripened plantains, cut them diagonally, and fry them until done.

A generous helping of our slow roated pork, slices of ham, swiss cheese, mayo, mustard, and pickel slices. All this tucked in between a sliced half loaf of authentic Cuban bread and presses until perfectly toasted.
Pan Con Lechon (Roasted Pork Sandwich)
If you are really hungry, this sandwich will fill your belly and keep it happy! Our authentic Cuban bread, stuffed with our slow roasted pork, swiss cheese, mayo and presented to perfection. Sauteed onions upon request.
La Medianoche (The Midnight Cuban) Sweet!
This version of our Cuban sandwich tackles both your hunger and your sweet tooth! A perfect balance of 'sugar and spice".A generous helping of our slow roasted pork, slices of ham, swiss cheese, mayo, mustard, and picke slice. All this tucked in between a sliced half loaf of sweet bread and pressed until perfectly toasted.
Croqueta Sandwich
3 of our delicious ham and potato croquettes, between our Cuban bread. They are topped with sliced swiss cheese, mustard and a touch of mayonnaise.

The food is delicious, and the service is spectacular. We had the marinated pork belly with beans and rice and the appetizer sampler. Everything was so good, but the beans and pork belly hold the top spots. The maduros still make my mouth water. Thank you Havana Cafe!

My brother & I were raised in Miami & have lots of Cuban food background. The Cuban sandwich just didnt have all the right stuff..plain bread roll, not smokey lechon & the Sandwich was Not toasted in the press. The Maduros ( sweet plantain was ok, a little mushy)) Black beans were plain, rice was ok but the usual choped onions weren’t on top if the dish (ordered as a a side, but charged for an entree portion) Plus I ordered a black coffee with steamed milk on the...

I have been craving a Cuban sandwich since moving from Florida and this place delivered. The pork was perfectly cooked and shredded. The mustard added the perfect tang to cut through the fat of the pork. The pickle was the perfect amount of crunch and was in every bite. The bread being and mold family recipe made it perfection. Only complaint is the maduros was too hot and we had to wait to eat them. Will for sure be coming back.
