Moved out to Eugene about 4 months ago and I've been here like 20 times already. I get the Mauna Loa chicken every time, never dry, never gotten fatty pieces, never gotten over cooked meat. I have never had to wait longer than maybe 5 minutes, and that was because the person in front of me was making a big deal out of nothing at the window. Just talked to management today and she was wonderful as well.
I've been coming here for a few years and the food is always good. I went there tonight for a late dinner and unfortunately a water pipe had burst and the employees were working very hard trying to get things cleaned. They had to shut down the kitchen but the manager (I'm assuming it's the manager, not 100% sure) decided that instead of wasting the food that was already cooked, they were going to give it away for free. I've worked in fast food and have dealt...
So this particular restaurant closed due to a burst pipe tonight but the wonderful woman at the windows was literally handing out what had already been prepared to disappointed customers for free. She was so kind and asked that I pay it forward with a positive review. Thank u.
