Good food. But exceptionally slow service! So slow, it creates long lines on the weekends and long waits on the weekdays. You may need to order another coffee or two while waiting. There is often no indoor seating, so be prepared to sit outside or take home.
Overall, great atmosphere! Food is a little eh though.
It was packed on Monday January 20th, and a little below freezing. The line was moderate in speed, so we didn't have to stand outside too long before we could get inside to place our order.
The woman at the register was very sweet and explained where to pick up the drinks and where to go inside with our number.

This was our second try for this place. The first time it was around 3 pm and there wasn't anything to eat as they only serve food until 2 pm as a rule.- We didn't know.. Nice outdoors space so we decided to try it again on a Sunday around 1.30 pm. Line was long but we waited 15- 20 minutes or so to learn that two sandwiches that we were thinking about ordering would take 45 minutes.
