This is an amazing restaurant with a big heart. I really enjoyed the Dan Dan noodles and Seaweed Egg soup the last time I ordered here. Today I came for the free SNAP meal, as I work long hours for low pay in the music industry as a single dad supporting my daughter, and the loss is significant. It was a huge portion, and it was delicious, would have given it 5 stars if I had paid for it <3
My friend and I must have ordered the wrong things based on other reviews. We ordered different tofu dishes, and they were swimming in oil. She at least had a few vegetables; my dish was just a lot of tofu and oil. Before ordering, I tried to ask the waiter about the dish. However, his English was so poor that we could barely understand each other. He later neglected to ask me whether I wanted more water. Absolutely amazing food. Could not recommend higher. It's one of those meals You'll never forget. Absolutely authentic food.
