Great food, great service, and great people! Highly recommend their soup dumplings and scallion pancakes!
Best dumpling spot in town! An awesome menu, decent prices, vegetarian friendly, and great staff.
Amazing food great people
Delicious Northern Chinese flavors, though a bit on the salty side. This location has a more limited menu compared to their other branch, which offers a wider selection.
Unassuming place, welcoming service, fast came quickly and was a tasty level of spicy and garlic.
Portions are very big. Menu items can easily be shared between multiple people. Restrooms are outside down a hall and require a code.
Genuinely one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve ever been to. Everything I ordered was a banger; I definitely recommended their Xiao Long Bao. The service was so friendly as well. I can’t wait to go back to Eugene so I can eat here again!
Dang...
Very polite staff and great service
Honestly everything is delicious!!! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Only downside is you need a bigger place! I hope they expand their business ❤️

The food is so food and fresh! Love the hot and sour beef noodle soup and green beans. And of course, the chicken dumplings!
Food was really fantastic. Staff was in a bit of a hurry, but it was busy so no big deal.
Will absolutely come back again. I can't stress this enough, the food was really really good.
The food is amazing! We tried the beef fried rice, Dan Dan noodles, and the spicy wontons. The flavors were phenomenal. The service was quick and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!
Got the mongolian beef with rice it was super yummy and satisfying and split the seaweed salad which was great. Definately. Gonna come back
I am so excited to rave about JDH 🥟
I came here on a whim one day because I was in the middle for some noodles. To say this is one of my favorite places to eat is an understatement.
First, let’s start with the service. I’ve only ever had one server and I’ve only ever seen one server. You’d probably think “how can you have fast and efficient service with only one server”? Because this man is good at what he does. That’s how. He is always very welcoming and very attentive. Our drinks are always full and he is always smiling!
Second, if you see people behind the counter looking like they are taking their anger out on something, it’s your food. And it’s not anger it’s love and you CAN taste it when you eat here. It’s all made fresh and if beating up my noodles is what makes it taste so good then BEAT AWAY!
Third, the food 🤤
My recommendations: use the sauces on the table & make your own little potion. They offer chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce & in the right proportions they make a DELICIOUS sauce that I feel makes such a wonderful addition to the scallion pancakes, any of the dumplings, or whatever else you want to sauce up!
The beef noodle soup and the Kung Pao Chicken have a special place in my foodie heart because it doesn’t matter how full I am I still want to eat them.
So if you’re an emotional eater such as myself I suggest giving this place a try. Your heart, tummy, & soul will thank you ♥️
